INKJET Proxy Cardstock - Semi-Gloss White Core - MTG Feel
Excellent for quick inkjet proxies with high print quality. Hard to tell when mixed in with real cards (sleeved). GSM and thickness for inkjet paper does not convert 1:1 to lithographic paper spec in terms of feel. The spec of this paper is optimized for similar feel of lithographic (cored/sealed/coated) paper. Feels similar to 310gsm black core when sleeved.
Works with standard inkjet dye ink (not pigment).
380mic - Slightly thicker (~8%) than a foil MTG card.
300gsm - Same as a non-foil MTG or Pokemon card weight (~1.7g).
Double Sided Semi Gloss - Front and back printing surface. Surface (light reflection) is very close to commercial cards.
Rear or flat feed only: It will jam if it is fed through a cassette feeder or duplexer. Minimize bending.
Short grain - Print 8 cards landscape for optimal rigidity. Feels most like an MTG card when sleeved. If printed portrait (9 cards/page), the feel is closer to a Pokemon card (less rigid). The semi gloss feels more rigid than the full gloss.
Only use sleeved, as it lacks a varnish layer.
Epson 8500 or 8550 recommended, but this paper is known work on some lower end models rated well below 300gsm.
